Emergency
In case of an emergency during the holiday season, such as storm damage, flooding, water leaks, fire, or power outages, please contact the appropriate emergency services:
- State Emergency Services (SES): For storm and flood assistance, call 132 500.
- Police: For immediate danger, dial 000.
- Energex: For emergencies, contact 13 19 62. For power outages, call 13 62 62, or for general inquiries, dial 13 12 53.
- Queensland Fire Department: For fire emergencies, call 000.
After Hours Emergency
If your scheme has a caretaker, they should be your first point of contact for common property maintenance emergencies.
RTL Trades are a Queensland based QBSA licenced Carpentry Contractor that supply comprehensive services including electrical, carpentry / handyman, plumbing, roofing and gas.
Should you have an URGENT / EMERGENCY AFTERHOURS body corporate maintenance issue, please contact RTL and leave your name, contact details, the name of your body corporate scheme and a short message detailing the issue, and one of the team will be in contact with you to discuss.
Please note that any emergency repairs deemed the owner’s responsibility may incur call-out and repair costs which will be billed directly to the owner.
