Please complete the below pet request application form in as much detail as possible and it will be forwarded to the committee for their consideration. If you are applying as a tenant, you will need to provide substantial evidence of the lot owners approval.

Please note, SMG does not have the authority to approve applications. Once our team has received your completed application, it will be sent to your Committee for their consideration in accordance with the Scheme’s own By-Laws.
